Porsche has released details of the 2010 / 2011 Cayenne
We wrote the story on the 2010/2011 Porsche Cayenne starting to leak out of Stuttgart this morning, and commented that now photos of the new Cayenne are starting to surface it wouldn’t be long before Porsche got the official details to us. This is the 75th birthday present Jaguar has wrapped for itself: the new XKR 75. It’s a tweaked-up version of the supercharged XKR, massaged to produce 523bhp (up 19 ponies) and 483lb ft (and 22 pounds).
Apple has announced it will reveal its new in-car iPhone system at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show this week. CarPlay is integrated into the car’s infotainment system and uses Siri to receive voice commands from the driver – such as playing music, dictating text messages or making phone calls. It will also be able to plot routes and give directions using Apple’s map application, as well as anticipate destinations based on recent trips.
